1. Product Condition

Second Stroll specializes in gently used and open-box baby gear. Each stroller is carefully inspected and cleaned before being listed for sale. Product descriptions will include any notable signs of wear, missing accessories, or cosmetic imperfections.

While we do our best to ensure items are safe and functional, buyers acknowledge that pre-owned items may show signs of previous use. All sales are made with disclosure of the product’s condition and are sold as-is.

2. Safety and Use Disclaimer

We take safety seriously. Every stroller we sell is:

• Thoroughly inspected for structural integrity

• Cleaned using manufacturer-approved methods

• Screened for recalls before resale.

While we take every reasonable step to ensure the products we offer are safe and functional, all items are sold as-is. Because these are pre-owned products, Second Stroll cannot guarantee the complete history, original use, or manufacturer warranty of any item.

By purchasing from Second Stroll, the buyer acknowledges and accepts the inherent risks of using secondhand baby gear and agrees to follow all safety and usage guidelines provided by the manufacturer.

Second Stroll is not liable for any injury, harm, damage, or loss resulting from the use, misuse, or failure of any product sold. The buyer assumes full responsibility for ensuring proper assembly, regular maintenance, and safe usage after purchase.

We strongly encourage all customers to register their gear with the original manufacturer and read the safety manual prior to use.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and secure payment platforms.

Our pricing is carefully determined based on a few key factors: the brand, condition, age, and current market value of the item. We aim to offer you the best possible value while ensuring our prices reflect the quality and longevity of each product. Pricing is not negotiable.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Shipping times and costs vary based on location and item size. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

We are not responsible for delivery delays once the item has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Damaged or Not as Described: If your item arrives damaged or differs from the description, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery at hello@second-stroll.com. We’ll send you a prepaid return label and offer a full refund once the item is received and verified.

• Change of Mind: Returns for reasons other than damage or inaccuracy must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in the same condition as received. A 10% restocking fee will apply, and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

We do not accept returns after 7 days from the delivery date.

6. Warranty

As most items are pre-owned, they may no longer be covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. Second Stroll does not offer warranties on used items unless otherwise stated in the product listing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Second Stroll shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use products purchased from our site. Use of all baby gear should follow manufacturer recommendations and safety guidelines.
